A NEW Student Body Directory is published each year to keep up with changes like grade level and teacher placements. For this reason, you will be asked to fill out a new form each fall for each child enrolled. Include only information you want published in this year's directory.

A PDF of the directory will be emailed to our PTO email list by the end of October. Please complete this form by OCTOBER 15th. Email BanksElementaryPTO@gmail.com if you are not already on the PTO email list.
