BUY A BRICK!!!!!

For just $90 You can purchase a brick and leave your imprint on the Banks Elementary campus!  Bricks are located in the landscaped island in front of the main doors.

Orders are due by May 31th Friday June 6th, 2025

To purchase a brick, please fill out this form, then provide payment via check. Checks can be mailed, or dropped off at the Banks Elementary School office.  Please email the PTO if you have issues, we will be happy to help.

- Anyone involved with the Banks Schools in any way is invited to participate. This includes grandparents!
- Businesses can buy a brick and have their company name engraved on it.
- The profits from this fundraiser will benefit the Banks Elementary PTO and thus the school and children of the community

Brick engraving is limited to 2 lines and 15 characters per line, including spaces. You can put your children’s names and graduating year, or your family name, business name, etc.

Brick Engraving Process:

• Fill out this form to order your brick
• Provide Payment
• Check only please
• Checks can be made out to BES PTO
• Please hand checks to the Elementary School front office or mail to:

  Banks, OR 97106
• The PTO will reach out to confirm receipt of payment and your brick engraving text before engraving happens
• Engraving will happen in the summer as the bricks need to be dry and it wont interfere with school
